4 ways to save hundreds from your wedding car rental
If you’re looking to spend as little as possible on your wedding car rental - then read on! Because we’re gonna share with you just how to do that :
1. Use your own decor
If you have your own wedding car decorations, opt to use them. Or you can borrow from friends, family who got married previously etc. Most wedding planners also include car decorations in their package . Use them!
This is because wedding car rental companies will likely charge you for decorations as they are not part of the wedding car rental price (But this is because they’ll also have to get the flowers from a florist, arrange for the decorations to be done for you, etc which takes time and effort)
So if you’re using your own decor, you can get the wedding car to arrive at your location earlier (maybe 30 mins earlier) so you can put up the decor on your car. This is a good way to save some money since wedding decor usually starts from $120++

2. Minimise booking time
This may sound obvious. But if you can book lesser hours, you can save money since the longer you book the car, the more it’s going to cost.
If your itinerary doesn’t allow for that - you can get our popular BMW 7 series which has a flat fee from 7am-12pm (5 hours) which is perfect for lunch banquet, or a Toyota Alphard which is also affordable at just $448 for 7am - 12pm
3. Avoid the early surcharge
If you can - get the car booking to start after 7am and end before 12 midnight. This is because if the service starts before 7am, there’s an early surcharge which can go up to $100 or more depending on the model. We’ve helped some of our customers avoid this surcharge by advising them to shift their booking timings to start at 7am onwards, and helps them save money !
4. Choose a car that’s value for money
Go for value ! You can opt for the Jaguar XF, Audi A6 and BMW 7 Series - these are some of our most popular cars and are priced affordably. Sure - a Jaguar XJL is more stunning, more luxurious and has more presence - but if you’re perfectly fine with a Jaguar XF then go for that instead to save some $$ !
While we’re at it - we advise some of our customers with bigger families and on a budget, to book a Toyota Alphard that can fit everyone, instead of booking multiple cars. This is because you are now only paying for one car instead of 2 or 3. This is also a good way to save hundreds of dollars in wedding car rental costs.
