The Ultimate Guide to Wedding Car Rentals - What you should know!
If you’re reading this guide, chances are you or somebody you know is getting married soon and are looking to get a wedding car.
If that’s the case, then this article is perfect for you, because this is a guide to everything you need to know about getting a wedding car for your big day.
A wedding is a once in a lifetime event, so we know that like most of our customers, you are new to this and may not have rented a car before. Worry not ! We’re here to guide you along the way. It’s really easy because you only have to prepare a few things :

We’ll cover the above items throughout this article, and we’ll start with the things you need to do, what you should be aware of, all step by step.
Step 1 - Choose a Car
If you and your spouse have decided to get a wedding car, the first thing to do is to look through the list of wedding cars we have available for rent. (This is probably the groom’s favorite step!)

Do note that currently all the cars in the above list come with a chauffeur. If you’re more adventurous and would like a self driven car, do whatsapp us at 91872406 for us to advise further.
Just a tip - we do not recommend getting a self driven car because on your wedding day, we believe you should be relaxed and let others do the work for you. After all, it is your special day.
When you get a self driven car, you have to pick it up typically the day before, drive around on your wedding day (which can include parking etc. so remember your cashcard), take care of the car and drive carefully so as to not damage it, pump petrol for it before returning the car and return the car on the same day as your wedding.
This can be a lot of work especially since there may be alot going on during the big day itself.
This is why most of our customers opt for a chauffeur driven car, since all they have to do is hop in and out of the car, while our driver takes care of the rest.

For those who need a big car to chauffeur their families around, the Alphard/Vellfire are good choices :
At this point, I would also like to mention that most weddings have around 5 to 7 trips. (E.g home to hotel is one trip).
This is where your itinerary usually comes in handy - so that we know where the driver should report to, where to go next, etc.
If you have more than 7 trips, I would highly suggest getting the Alphard/Vellfire since these cars are meant for that. If you have a lot of trips but are booking a car that’s not an Alphard or Vellfire, do let us know in advance!
Step 2 - Wedding Decor
Do you have wedding decor to be put on the car? For some couples, their bridal studio will have decor provided in the wedding package. If so, we can send our car down to your bridal studio to do up the decor.
This is typically done the day before the wedding, but it can be arranged to suit a different timing, if say your wedding starts later in the day (e.g 5pm).
For most of our cars, this service is complimentary!
So do keep the address of the bridal studio, and the details of the contact person handy as you will have to provide them to us later.
For some other couples, you may have decor done by your family or friends. You can provide us with the address, contact person and time for us to come down so you can decorate the car.
Again, for most cars, this is complimentary as well.
If you do not have decor of your own, worry not ! We work with freelance wedding decorators and bridal studios to provide standalone wedding decor.

All you have to do is choose a decoration you like and we’ll do up the decor for you. This means that on your wedding day, the car will come with the decor you chose.
Step 3 - Booking the Car

A 50% deposit is required to secure the car for your wedding date and time.
Many customers ask us “when is the latest I can book?”. Our advice is always the same, as soon as possible!
This is because most of our customers book their car about 1 to 3 months in advance. If you wait till the last minute, most cars would have been taken up on the date that you want.
So once you know the car you want, it’s best to make a booking right away to avoid missing out.

Step 4 - Enjoy your big day!
That’s it ! On your wedding day, our car will show up at the address provided in your itinerary and all you have to do is get onboard your luxury car for your special day.
